Extruded Profiles and Coatings

We can extrude any shape you require from solid rounds to more complex profiles. We have the capability to use any thermoplastic material to extrude your desired shape. PVC, LDPE, HDPE, TPE, TPV, Low Smoke Zero Halogen materials, and TPU's.

Profile extrusions from .020" to .300"

Dog Fence Wire is constructed with both solid copper and stranded copper conductors. The copper is coated with .030" or .045" of Sunlight resistant, water resistant colored HDPE . Cables are constructed to perform in rugged direct burial applications and formulated to resist water penetration.

We have 25 years of experience developing all kinds of cable products from profiles to fiber optics to data and power cable. We could also provide you with extrusion time to evaluate a material you might be developing.
